Decision making is a central part of the North East Combined Authority (NECA). The main decision-making body within the NECA is the Leadership Board.
Decisions can also be made by other decision-making committees or a Chief Officer of the NECA who has delegated authority.
All key decisions made by the NECA must be recorded and published in line with the Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014.
